Quiet small historical area with good connection to Bellagio centre (also possible by foot) and ferry connection around lake Como. Enough parking places near accommodation. Nice large public park as well as a public beach near the accommodation. Beautiful garden of Villa Melzi accessible for public near. Very nice and helpful host.

Very clean, all necessary information is available, owner is very responsive to questions. The apartment is in a quiet area, parking was easy and it is close to the beach (10 mins) and the ferry jetty (5 mins). Ferry takes you to main locations and villas along the shores of the lake.

Great location with 2 big free public parkings in nearby. Also, 1 minute from great local cafe "NE NE". Good value for the money, not far away from center of Bellagio ,by car (3-5 min), also ferry connection... big bathroom with big mirror and a lot of space to leave stuff. Complete kitchen with all tools..

Very clean and well equipped apartament and close to where you take the boat to the other villages. The host was very kind and helpful. The village of San Giovani is a very picturesque place and quiet , it takes only a 20 minutes walk to Bellagio.

Apartment is small, clean and with all equipment you need. Location is great, 5 minutes walk from the beach, 15 minutes walk to Bellagio. Host is very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay there and recommend this place.

Very quiet location, super close to the ferry station. The host responded very quickly to my questions. There were 2 bikes available at the property. It was very clean, well- equipped. A bottle of water and wine on arrival. A few minutes walk to the beach and a 10- minute walk to villa Melzi gardens.
