This is truly beautiful house 🏡 with amazing view . everything you need for a comfortable stay is available (towels, shower products, iron, dishes, goodies, and they even left us a bottle of wine 🏻) the territory in front of the house is wonderful, there you can relax in the evening after a walk, have dinner at a table outside, lie on a swing or in deckchairs. very friendly and kind owners of the house. this is a place where you want to return

“Beautiful at home feel in Bellagio”
We were so delighted with our stay at Casa Francesca! Francesca and Oreste were so super welcoming and immediately made us feel at home in this amazing home. Fantastic home all around, authentically decorated, all the facilities you could need, amazing view, a great garden and Aircon! Location is nice and quiet, although it's next to a main road, you barely notice any noise from any cars. The E-bikes that were given at our disposal were absolutely great, it's a short 5 minute bike ride to the centre of Bellagio. Seeing how busy it was and how little parking there is in the town these made our trip 10x as convenient. First day we spent around 40 minutes driving around by car looking for a parking spot. The road to the house is a bit hilly but with the e-bikes it's a breeze. Just 2 minutes down the road there is a tiny pebble beach that's basically secluded. Every time we were there there were max 2 other couples, a real sanctuary in the super busy bellagio and como all around. Francesca and oreste were also able to provide us some recommendations on where to go eat, go for coffee or breakfast pastries. Middle of our stay Francesca would check in how everything was going which was really attention Overall a great place to stay at Lake Como, can only recommend!

We had a beautiful stay at casa francesca, greeted by the hosts with a very warm welcome. The house is very quiet, comfortable, very clean and well equipped. There were e bikes available but Bellagio and nearby village of Visgnola easily reached on foot. Garden was particularly lovely with sun loungers and a swing seat to enjoy a morning coffee.

The garden was exceptional, our dog loved it. The location was fine and after we had got use to the parking in Bellagio it was easy to find somewhere to park the car for the day.

“A wonderful and characterful house in one of the most beautiful places on Earth”
The house is in an absolutely stunning location, and close to the best part of Lake Como in Bellagio. Francesca and Oreste were really friendly, and despite a slight language barrier they explained everything we needed to know and made us feel incredibly welcome. The house itself was full of charm and excellently kept, with some of the most incredible views.

“Perfect”
We were welcomed from the moment we arrived to Bellagio by Francesca and Oreste who showed us around as they dropped us to the beautiful house. Even with the language barrier we got a great understanding of the best places to go and they were making us laugh the whole way! The house was beautiful and the gardens were perfect for an evening dinner with the stunning view. we will definitely be visiting again
