We were very satisfied with our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and we had a beautiful view that made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection of options. One of the highlights was the regular shuttle service to and from Bellagio town center, which was very convenient. The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire team for their hospitality.

Without question, this hotel is one of the very best we have stayed in anywhere in the world, beautifully maintained and run by a supremely efficient and helpful staff who went out of their way to accommodate our every need. The view from our room down the length of Lake Como was out of this world, the pool was just the the right size for the property, the breakfasts were generous and the shuttle service to and from Bellagio was both regular and comfortable. Full marks to the owners - they are doing a terrific job running this establishment and clearly know how to attract and retain great staff.

The property is situated in the most beautiful location. The view from our elevated room was exceptional. Breakfast on the terrace was fantastic and the staff are ever so friendly. The pool area was also great.

It was so nice to arrive and see the amazing view straight away. The staff were really welcoming and happy to give us a choice of rooms. The location was great and the shuttle bus to town worked really well. The breakfast was also very good.

The hotel is really really good, not sure how it isn't 5 star! The views from the rooms are picturesque , couldn't believe how amazing they were. The staff went over and above to meet our expectations and made our stay so comfortable. Really hope we can come back and visit this hotel, their shuttle service is very well run to travel to and from Bellagio was very straight forward.

It was amazing , amazing views , the staff are so friendly and helpful. We had a night on the balcony and just ordered room service and it was better then a night on the town . Highly recommended

Stunning views, good sized room, staff were all delightful, receptionists, cleaners, wait staff, all so lovely, they say hello, they are polite and they can’t do enough for you. The pool is glorious, although not heated. Didn’t bother me personally though.

The room was amazing, great views, very clean and the staff without exception were absolutely fantastic, making us feel welcome and sharing their local knowledge. I would definitely recommend this as a base to explore Lake Como.

“Beautiful place to relax!”
We loved the view of the lake (we booked deluxe room with lake view) and we spent many hours drinking wine on our sun loungers. The breakfast was amazing and shuttle service was convenient!

There wasn't a gym and the pool was not heated.
