A very central flat, clean flat and newly renovated. The host was very friendly and accommodating! The only thing lacking is that it has no view to the lake.

Love that it was super close to the traghetto (ferries to Lenno, Como, Tremezzo) and not that far from the bus stop / main ferry stop (ferries to Varenna & Menaggio). Plus, Bellagio is hilly with many stairs, but this apartment is only a few steps up from the main road.

We had a truly wonderful experience staying at this central holiday apartment in Bellagio. The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from charming cafés, restaurants, and the ferry terminal, yet still peaceful enough for a relaxing getaway. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the air conditioning, fast Wi-Fi, and thoughtful touches like a welcome bottle of wine and biscuits. The host was incredibly responsive and friendly, giving detailed descriptions of how to check in and find the property. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a charming and convenient base to explore Lake Como!

The location is amazing - right in the heart of Bellagio, just meters from the ferry terminals and within easy walking distance of all major attractions. The apartment is beautiful and feels like a 5-star hotel with high-quality amenities and thoughtful touches, including a welcome gift and a generous supply of coffee pods and tea bags. I was pleasantly surprised to find olive oil, salt and pepper - exactly what I needed to make a simple breakfast to start the day. The bed is exceptionally large and comfortable, with two types of pillows to suit fussy sleepers. The apartment is very clean, and despite being so centrally located, it's remarkably quiet. Francesca is a wonderful host, always quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay here! Extremely clean, Beautiful, Nice smelling toiletries, Comfortable, Fully equipped kitchen in a wonderful location in Bellagio! Food, shops & lake within a short walk! Francesca was also very helpful with check in/ info & had no issues finding the place and checking in! Will def stay again if We come back!

Location was amazing for exploring Bellagio! Apartment was very clean and stylish and had everything you need. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Might be worth providing a little info before check in about how the ferries work as the queues were long and you couldn’t book tickets online but once you investigated it was fairly straight forward.

Francesca was an amazing host from start to finish. The suite was in the most perfect location, very easy to access and extremely central to all your lake como needs! The suite was absolutely stunning - very clean and the interior was beautifully done. It was a pleasure to stay at and we would highly recommend Francesca and hope to stay again in the future!

The apartment is very nice, it looks very luxury and modern. You are right there in the center of Bellagio where you can find restaurants, stores, taxi boats, ferry station…Communication with host was very easy and they were very responsive and helpful. I would definitely stay here again!
