This is a great apartment, with a mini balcony and windows facing the lake. Arriving by bus from Lecco or by ferry there is a 1.5 km walk up hill. The apartment is located on a 1st flor with elevador. All the indications provided by the host were great! The apartament was spotless. It has everything. Washing machine, cloth line, fridge( vintage beautiful) Complimentary water and coffe. There is a really good supermarket 6 blocks away. Downstairs two restaurants and a mini convenience store for water and such. Thank you Ambra for this really beautiful apartament.

15-20min walk from the centre. Views are lovely. Host is super responsive and helpful. Nice little pizzeria next door.

The property was DIVINE, the pictures do not do justice to how beautiful the property actually is. Overall, it was very clean, the host provided us with everything we could possibly imagine, the kitchen was equipped, there was a cute welcome basket but it was the view that stole the show. You would not be sorry to book this property, will definitely visit again.

Stunning views, fantastic balcony and 10/15 minute walk out of central town. Not far from both ports in Bellagio, the perfect place to hop on a short boat trip to surrounding towns. The apartment was clean, well stocked with essentials and great aircon!

We LOVED the Bellagio Lake Flat. We can't fault it - it was one of the best stays we had our whole trip. Communication with Ambra was great from the beginning, and she was very helpful with all her instructions. The flat is in a great location - only 10 mins from town but far away that it feels secluded and is quiet. The flat itself is large, spacious, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a lift, which we appreciate! The bed is comfy although soft, the linen is so cozy and the shower/bathroom are great too. The place is very clean and neat. The best part is the views. The photos do not do it justice. The views are breathtaking. We would definitely stay here again when we return! Grazie!

Parking available for free. An elevator to transport suitcases instead of carry them up stairs. The view from the flat and balcony was wonderful. A great location, easy to reach the town center and other surrounding sights.
