Literally EVERYTHING!!! Roberta the host was so thoughtful and helpful. Everything you could ever think of was provided for. Excellent. The views were exceptional.

Absolutely perfect stay! If you're visiting Bellagio by car, this property is ideal ; parking right in front of the house made everything so convenient. The location is great too, just a short distance from Bellagio's beautiful old town, so you can easily explore on foot. Everything was perfect from start to finish, and we would 100% recommend this property to anyone planning a visit to Bellagio. We will definitely be back!

“Perfect for family of four”

Fantastic property to stay in Bellagio. Very clean and comfortable accommodation. Great communication from the host Roberta, who met us on our arrival. She provided the necessary items bread, tea, coffee etc. Also kind of her providing a bottle of prosecco which was much needed after a long day.. Property itself is spotless. All essential items are there in the kitchen if you want to cook. Great views from the large patio/ balcony. The parking is private and secure. The town center and ferry terminal is 10-15 min walk. Easy to get a day pass and visit Verenna, Lenno and Menaggio. Overall fantastic experience staying at this Bellagio Il Crotto.

“Bellagio Il Crotto”

An absolutely outstanding property. The host Roberta went above and beyond to ensure our stay was wonderful. She was so helpful and accommodating. The house is modern, exceptionally clean and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. The views are breathtaking. Breakfast on the patio with the lake and mountains to feast on. Afternoons on the sun loungers watching the boats cruise by and evenings seeing the sunset and stars come out.

“Amazing holiday in Bellagio”

Bellagio Il Crotto was one of the best places I've ever stayed! The house is designed with very much taste, super clean and equipped with everything you might need. What it has exceeded my expectations was the view of the lake and surroundings which in autumn are amazing. Also the care of Roberta to prepare for us everything we needed at the beginning of our stay, and all her good recommendations, it felt very homey. Bellagio itself it's very peaceful in this time of the year, and there are a lot of other small towns around with amazing views to visit. A great place to recharge your batteries! We had one of the best holidays here and hope to come back soon! Thanks again, Roberta for everything!

“Bellissimo Bellagio”

Roberta was a magnificent host. The home was impeccable and the perfect place to stay and enjoy Bellagio and Lake Como. Thoughtful inclusions, including coffee, wine, and sweets were included. It was truly a luxury home away from home. It was great relaxing indoors and on the terrace and easy access to the city, restaurants, shopping, supermarket, and harbour. It is in a nice quiet location.

Absolutely amazing place, location and host. Everything you could want in a holiday stay. The owner was fantastic, kind and welcoming. By far the best stay we have had in Europe to date. Can't wait to come back.

Fanastic property in a beautiful location. Met upon arrival by Roberta and shown all around the wonderful house , absolutely immaculate with everything provided. Very peaceful and lovely views from the huge terrace. Location was great , 10min walk into centre of Bellagio and 1min walk from the lovely Porto Pescallo. Roberta was a wonderful host more than helpful with anything you ask. Would certainly stay here again when we return - 100% recommended.

“Wonderful family holiday”

It was our second stay in Bellagio il Crotto and we loved it as much as the first time. The villa is in a perfect, quiet location in Bellagio with a stunning view on the Rockefeller Foundation hill, it’s spacious, perfectly clean and has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Not to mention the most welcoming hosts Roberta and Danilo. We hope to be back again soon.

But the absolute charm of the stay is Roberta who is such a kind and generous host, she went out of her way to help us including a lift to the ferry and has made a genuine retreat for her quests.

The host Roberta was fabulous. She gave us quite a lot of info about local.places. The property was spot on. The location was fantastic with good connection via Ferry (both Car ferry and by foot) to nearby towns and attractions. I would definitely recommend this place.

“Short but sweet”

Great experience! Easy check in (although in midnight), very welcoming host and super super clean and comfortable house for 4 of us. Parking and security great. Grrat views both from the house (window-walls, which is great for winter visits) and superb terrace. A little bit narrow way to the city centre and back, bit only 10-15 minutes. You don’t need a car.

Beautiful location with great views, shops and ferry to other locations around lake Como within walking distance. House is equipped with anything you'd need. Amazing and friendly host, thank you!
