First of all, a huge shout out to our host. He was very cooperative and always available whenever we needed any help. The rooms were of decent size, the living room was nice and spacious and the kitchen, well equipped. Our host had arranged a welcome drink with sweets and croissants on arrival, which was a thoughtful touch. The property was pretty and a free parking on site made our stay even more comfortable. The view from the balcony is exactly how it is depicted in the photographs.

Super nice host, was very polite, warm and helpful, found welcome champagne in the fridge and water, also got plenty of information of places to visit around, places to eat and so on. Apartment is located near the lake, has a stunning view to it and mountains opposite. Superb place to stay.

Everything!! Amazing views, quiet location, lovely spacious apartment with comfortable beds. We saw deer and wild pigs in the back garden, there is a lovely terrace to sit on for meals. We were given such great tips for places from the owner. To walk into Bellagio, there is a staircase next to the local cafe, you could miss it if you weren’t looking. The walk down is easy, about 25 mins, the walk back is a little harder being up hill. Some days we parked in Bellagio other we walked.

Amazing location. That view from the balcony over looking Como lake is hard to get over. Very spacy, clean and well equipped apartment in quiet area. Bellagio was just a short drive away. Klod was a perfect host. So warm and welcoming suggesting tings to do, places to see and places to eat. My google maps have never had so many flags and hearts on it. Loved every minute of our stay. Would 100% return to Tivano apartment.
