“Exceptional location if you are fit plus with wonderful views”

We stayed in apartment Alberto. There was a small balcony big enough for 2 people to sit and eat. The views from the balcony of the lake were amazing. It was a basic but comfortable studio with a comfortable bed, a new bathroom and good internet. The stars of the show were being able to park right by the side of the Melzi Gardens and being able to walk through and explore the gardens for free by showing the apartment key. The gardens are truly beautiful and warrant a couple of hours to visit as well as being the easiest pathway through to Bellagio between 10am & 6.30pm. There is a lovely restaurant just by the entrance to the gardens right by the edge of the lake.

The property is just next to the melzi garden which gives you free access to garden and don’t pay 9 euro for entry but only between 10 am -7 pm . 25 mins walk to bellagio centre (a bit uphill) when garden can’t be accessed.Room was spacious.had, iron, hairdryer, scissors , basic necessities. Restraunt downstairs.The owner pinged on watsapp and shared the details.

I loved this apartment with it's sunny balcony and beautiful view of lake Como. Actually there are two balconies, you have the sun on one in the morning, then the sun for the rest of the day in the evening, and you can watch the sun set over the mountains, beautiful. After the first night I figured out that there were blinds on the outside of the windows, and along with the shutters, I could make it nice and dark for sleeping, and it was also really quiet. The cooking facilties were good too, there is everything you need if you want to do a little self catering. Your key gives you free access to the Villa Melzi gardens, which means you can walk through there to get into the heart of Bellagio old town. After the gardens close you have to walk on the road, but it felt pretty safe. There's one restaurant just steps from the apartment and there are two good grocery shops about a ten minute walk away. Good communication with the host, lovely person and quick to respond. A great stay!

Good location. Spacious one bedroom apartment in a nice setting. Clean and tidy with an all appliances required. Short walk to the town centre up a couple of steep roads but free access through the villa gardens during the daytime.

Clean and spacious apartment. We had the opportunity to go through the Giardini di Villa Melzi for free every day and to enjoy their beauty. The apartment was 10-15 walk from town center. The image is the view from our apartment.

Location is very nice, in a very calm part of Bellagio, near San Giovanni. The apartment has everything one needs for a nice stay,

I stayed at apartment Alberto, which is a cozy and spacious studio, well equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay. It is also spotless clean!! Great natural light throughout the whole day, with a big balcony facing an internal patio, and a cozy little balcony with a view from the lake (including sunset). A great extra: the property neighbours the stunning gardens of Villa Melzi, and as a guest there, you get free entrance, as many times as you wish! It would anyway be worth the visit, but you can even use the gardens as a beautiful shortcut to Bellagio's city center. The neighbourhood overall is also very charming and not so touristic. Even going to the supermarket was already a lovely experience. I created dear memories there and surely hope to be back some day.
