The location is just fabulous, 1 minute from the lake and at the cutest stairs next to many beautiful boutique shops and good restaurants. The staff are just amazing, very helpful & professional. Gave us the best recommendation to enjoy the lake like a local. Can’t recommend this place enough

Was easy to find - there was a lot of steps but I knew in advance. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was very clean, kitchen facilities good enough for what we wanted and we had two bottle of water in the fridge that was nice. Bathroom was clean - hair dryer available and small toiletries. Great location - near everything we needed but not noisy.

Located right in the centre of Bellagio yet quiet and comfortable. Very clean with excellent facilities - fridge, cooking facilities, toilet roll and toiletries provided. Beds very comfy and staff helpful. A real gem of a find!

Everything was perfect and exceeded our expectations! Thank you so much. The restaurant staff were delightful and very eager to please. We certainly know where we will be staying if ever in Bellagio again! :)

Lovely apartment right in the centre of the old town

It was comfortable here - not fancy however in a good location (up the stairs) and it was quiet and big. The restaurant is lovely.

Very spacious room and comfortable beds. Loved the loft style room with windows looking over the rooftops. The very friendly staff who were happy to carry our bags and served us delicious meals in the restaurant.

Excellent location,clean comfortable big room,3 bottles of water,smart tv,fridge,kettles,utensiles to cook,Gas,air-conditioning and heating in the room,big windows for enough light and fresh air Very Responsive host and staff is very friendly.

The location was perfect as was the restaurant, we ate there three times, after trying other nearby restaurants. Helpful hint: Dont try to take your luggage up the steps, they are almost at the very top, walk around the side road (left side when facing the steps) its a smooth path all the way around, no steps. I broke my suitcase pulling it up the steps

We had booked a room with lake views. It exceeded our expectations. The location was right in the heart of Bellagio. The breakfast each morning was generously portioned and we ate at the apartment restaurant twice … it was so good! The staff were next level friendly and helpful. They even packed us a takeaway breakfast on our early departure morning. Exceptional service. We would stay here again!

Location was great - right in the middle and near the boat stations. Room was spacious & comfortable and had everything we needed. We ate in the restaurant for both nights of our visit - great food and friendly atmosphere. Would recommend as a place to stay.
