“Very pleasant stay with extremely welcoming hosts”
Giada could not have been more helpful and welcoming. The accommodation was ideal for us, and the bus stop outside made it easy to get into town. We spent an afternoon in the garden which was so peaceful after we had spent the morning out on our bikes.

“Amazing view and cosy apartment with terrace”
The place and the view are amazing. The apartment has everything you need, the kitchen is very well endowed amd you have free parking. The terrace and the garden are superb and very quiet. The bus station is 20m away, but you can go by foot to Belaggio and have a nice 20 min walk. The host is very nice, she has left us a welcome note and a cold bottle of prosecco in the fridge. In the morning she gave us maps and suggestions of what to do and visit. They offered us free use of washing machine, although the service is not stated as available. Thank you, our stay was wonderful! We would definitely recommend this place!

The property is well located and accessible by public transport, in case you don’t have a car. Bus stops are few meters away. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable.

“Bellagio stay”
Views from carpark and breakfast area were lovely. San Giovanni nearby is a lovely little spot and worth a visit. The owner kindly gave us a bottle of wine when we were leaving.

“If you visit Lake Como you should spend a few days here”
Nice view to Lake Como. Very polite but still familiar team .Quiet environment. Huge and very delicious breakfast. There was always enough parking space

“Beautiful and calm”
It is beautiful and calm. Stunning views of Lake Como. Our apartment was spacious with a living area, a balcony with a view and a kitchen with all the necessary equipment. The owners were really nice and friendly. They offered us drinks and snacks upon arrival and a bottle of local wine before we leave. It is maybe better to have a car here.

“The only place to stay in bellagio …nothing else can come even close….awesome stay”
Amazing location , awesome views , immaculately clean rooms , heavenly breakfast . Paolo ( Manager ) went out of the way to make us feel at home with all local information & advice. Ever smiling , she was a joy to meet . Her assistant also would remember our food preference we expressed on the first day & would set the breakfast tables accordingly . Julio ( owner ) drove down to our ferry terminal at Bellagio to receive us on his own saying that he thought that will make us more comfortable. All i can sum up & say …one of the best holiday experience we had & would definitely ( 100 % ) will be visiting for a longer stay here. I am already missing them all & its just been 3 hours we have checked out ….Wow , what a experience
