Nothing,place was derelicted, no staff no swimming pool,I gave spoken with a local shop and a restaurant owner ,and they told me the place it's listed as a dormitory for the staff of they're other hotel and not for catering as a b&b

Large room not really suitable for two friends as it had one double bed and only a narrow bed in a side annex with no curtains or blinds for the other person.

Beautifully quaint and eccentric yet very very comfortable …and clean. Excellent cafe “next door”….Interesting walk to restaurants and lake.

Absolutely nothing!

steer clear of this hotel!! I turned up at this hotel for check-in a little before 2am on a Sunday in July this year. There I met a closed gate with no possibility of entering for check-in. I have my own car and it is almost impossible to park in the narrow street by the hotel, but I was able to temporarily park in the driveway of a neighbor to the hotel. The hotel is located within a fenced area with a large metal gate and it cannot be opened from the outside and it is therefore not possible to enter either by car or on foot. There is no poster or other information at the gate on how to get in touch with the hotel. The hotel looks completely uninhabited and the neighbor with whom I parked said that there were frivolous and problematic conditions there. I then called the hotel host on the number listed in Booking.com and was told that the check-in had to be done in the center of the city at another hotel and that it was the only option I had. To get to this hotel you have to drive through impassable narrow streets with masses of tourists and I told the host that this was out of the question and that he would have to show up at the hotel so that I could check in normally. Important: There is no place under the hotel information that the check-in is to take place several kilometers away from the hotel. He refused to come to the hotel to check in and I therefore just had to leave and find another hotel. This matter is, in my view, completely incomprehensible. I have been on holiday now for almost four weeks and have booked hotels through Booking.com but have not come close to this behavior from a hotel host. Have complained about this matter to Booking.com, but have not yet received feedback after over a week. Apart from this episode, I have been very happy with arranging my hotel stays through Booking.com, but I am surprised that they do not give me feedback on my complaint. Very poor customer service.

After paying 500 euros for 2 nights Flying from the UK, picking up a hire car , getting to this hotel for 3pm this establishment was closed/Derelict. Messaged the owner , no answer. Rang number and staff member on other end of call hung up. Twice. We were left with no where to stay.

“This property is no longer open - DO NOT BOOK IT as you will be re-directed to another property!”

We booked this property 24 hours prior to our arrival as it was a little out of town and advertised on-site parking. Upon arrival, we found the property locked up and vacant. We phoned the property and were told to go into the town centre to find it. Confused, we drove around the town perimeter several times to find a park as you cannot drive into the centre of Bellagio. We finally found a parking spot and walked almost a kilometre up and down hills to where we were told to go. Still could not find ‘Alla Toretta’. Another phone call and we were given a description and address of where to go. This property is a completely different property altogether! The property ‘Alla Torretta’ was not even open for business when we booked it! We wasted two hours and three phone calls trying to find a property we didn’t even book! The place we actually stayed at was called ‘Hotel Suisse’, which is also listed on the Booking.com site. The only positive feature is that it has a lakefront view. It is situated above a restaurant which is incredibly noisy. We could hear people talking loudly and slamming doors until the early hours of the morning. A couple of hours of reprieve from that noise and the dripping noise from the oil heater starting up at 5:30am! The bed was also very uncomfortable just to top off a miserable night. We were completely misled and have no idea why ‘Alla Toretta’ is even advertised on Booking.com!…Total lack of confidence in Booking.com.

“Cozy hillside Villa with pool, parking and pizza”

Really comfy and relaxing stay at a beautiful hillside villa close to Bellagio. We enjoyed the garden with pool, the view as well as the short walking distance to the beach and center. + The Pizza from Corrado is the best (at least) in town!

Wow, i kept thinking about how i need to leave a lovely review. The place was lovely, the guy who runs it was super friendly and nice. Wifi was amazing, lovely outside swimming pool that we used quite a bit. They also have a pizzeria downstairs if you get hungry late. Their is a nice open space

“Wonderful hospitality, a car might be required!”

Breakfast was a classic continental style buffet, with bread, pastries, fresh fruits, ham / salami. To drink there was also a wide selection of fruit juices, as well as the option of tea or coffee. The breakfast room itself was also fantastic. Corrado and the other staff were wonderfully kind and helpful, and always smiling. The pizzeria in the cellar of the B&B serves absolutely phenomenal pizza, definitely the best we had in Bellagio, and it was such a relief to have something right at our doorstep that was of such quality. We even did "takeout" one night, and brought the pizzas up to our room -- on checking my receipt, I realised that from the time I placed the order, to the time I got back to the room with the food, only SEVEN minutes had passed! The pizza uses real sourdough too, and even the most basic "Margherita" is extremely memorable.
