In spite of that fact, the web page on booking.com contains information about 24/7 reception. This hotel declines late arrivals, sending emails saying that they are working from 7 a.m. until 9.00 p.m. and this information was obtained after payment for the booking was done.Information wasn't updated in time, and it caused stress and the urgent necessity to look for another hotel as it was late in the daytime and many hotels were closed.
