Everything about the hotel was excellent. Room, beds, shower and Staff was perfect. Food was excellent and delicious. The Hotel was near of Airport, excellent to finish your trip.

If you're looking for downtime away from town this spot is ideal. Do the river cruise the resort owner operates. He's funny, chatty, and we saw so many manatees. If you have an informal vibe about you, the kitchen / restaurant team welcome you like a visiting friend and make sure you're looked after. If you have tours booked check as most but not all operators pick up from here. Drop offs and pickups from town or airport are available from the resort though. All round good vibes, I would go back.

“Beautiful Hotel close to the airport with an island feel!”
We loved the location close to the hotel made it easy on our last day to travel to the airport! It had a beautiful pool and hotel grounds! We got free kayak rentals and saw an alligator! The restaurant had amazing food some of the best we had in Belize!

The hammocks were comfortable. The office offered a ride service which was convenient. The sunset river cruise offered at the resort was a nice surprise. The staff are very friendly.

“Convenient location, decent cabanas and the grounds but not a resort type stay.”
Convenient location close to the airport and the highways to the archaelogical sites. Grounds are pleasant, on the river, but not a beach stay.

It was such a pleasant stay. Everyone was so welcoming. Lots of really great touches that took it up a notch. Captain Dave was the best. One hundred percent take him up on the river tour! He is very knowledgeable. Breakfast was amazing. The food is great.

“I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!”
I love staying at this property! If you're looking for a beautiful location to relax, this property is for you. Everything you need is on-site. There is an outdoor seating only restaurant. The chef is fantastic. I had his chicken Alfredo and it was the BEST I've ever had! I took advantage of the opportunity to get a wonderful outdoor massage next to the beach. The pool is gorgeous and the hammocks are lovely to relax in. I have used their transport to and from the airport. I have stayed here many times both alone and with my Guatemalan granddaughters.

Beautiful grounds, very tropical and quiet. Really like the hut where meals were served. The staff was very helpful in the office and restaurant. Much appreciated ride to airport in time for flight. We didn't use the pool but it was nicer than expected. Great game room with pool table, bar feature, big screen - really nice.

Mowers and whippers going all day, throwing grass and dust on us at breakfast and while trying to enjoy the pool. Then they started spraying chemical and the smell was so bad we had to leave the pool and go hide in our room. NICE

The front desk woman accused us of taking someone else's shuttle and said that we did not book the shuttle. I told her that I have email comformation that we did book and that they had confirmed with us. Then to top it off we had booked our last nights stay there but realized later in our trip that we would be better off staying an extra night at our last destination. I cancelled our last nights stay and received conformation from booking.com that our room was cancelled and that we would not be charged. When I received my credit card statement I saw that Seaside did charge me! I have sent several emails to them requesting that my credit card be reimbursed but they are completely ignoring me! I am Very Upset and Angry!!!
