“Doesn't deserve credit for customer care”
Pool was closed for a longer period. Didn't get notified about this until the morning of arrival. The hotel really didn't seem interested in any compensating, that could be of any help to me. Wasn't able to get breakfast to go, sine I was leasing for an early flight out, even though breakfast was included in the price I paid. I had contacted the hotel to months in advance in order to arrange airport transfer as well, but as I was there, the price for this had suddenly gone up with 20 usd, even though I presend all the information needed. Lastly I needed a cab to take me to a medical centre, and I told the reception that I needed to pay with credit card for the ride, but that information seemed to be forgotten calling the cab right after, so at the end of my ride I had a very annoyed taxi driver, who rally wasn't to blame for anything for only accepting cash that I didn't have.
