“Everything was perfect!”
Very happy with my stay! They gave me an early check-in. There was a construction going on next to the hotel, but they communicated and apologized for it proactively. Very much appreciated! Very comfortable beds. Great rooftop restaurant with a beautiful view. They helped me arrange for a taxi for my early morning flight.

I was not told until after the had checked in that the room was completely blacked out due to the construction going on. If I had known this I would never have booked the hotel. The current was off when I arrived so the room was in complete darkness & no air. The noise was horrible & I was still charged full rate. That's not right

The reception staff were helpful in arranging taxi's etc. Location was convenient for the northern downtown area and marine parade. Only half an hour from the airport by car, 5 mins to the water taxis.

“Great and comfy”
It has everything you need. Staff is friendly, there is a store and a restaurant at the hotel which makes things easier. The room is comfortable and, even though there is a construction at the moment, the noise is tolerable.
