“We will return here anytime.”
Owner \ Manager, Sharine and her partner Bruce were very helpful, came to pick us up at the airport and came and picked us up late at night after exploring the city's nightlife. Super kind people. Took us to Altun Ha. The apartment was as described, good balcony (bit noisy from the traffic). Fully equipped kitchen, good size bed and bath with hot water. AC worked perfectly. We will recommend this place for sure. about 10 min drive to the centre of the city.

“Great hosts . Seaside chateau is amazing”
We got upgraded to the seaside chateau resort hotel which is amazing and was perfect for the kids with its swimming pool n the sea . So we didn’t see the other apartments but our experience with the hosts was top notch .

On the positive side, Gaby was very nice and helpful; and the owner allowed us a later check-out of noon. Beds were comfortable and each room had an air conditioning unit, and it had a small balcony.

Easy checkin and a very nice room. Very Clean. At the first the TV, refrigerator and hot water didn't work, so they brought me a new fridge and adjusted the water heater.

“Great location.grocery store downstairs and a big supermarket five minutes away.”
Got everything. Some chancel on the TV in the living room doesn’t work. TV in the master bedroom doesn’t work at all(no signal). It’s great that they have washing machine and drying machine, really saved us from our super long trip. But the drying machine is a little tricky cause u cannot really tell which bottoms are for what.

I didn’t meet the host, but by messages she was very nice, reactive and helpful. The apartment was comfortable and clean. Good wifi and AC. She can book a taxi for you in advance.

The place was clean, modern, and up to date. The host Dave was very nice and welcoming upon arrival. Location was good. Access to stores nearby was a plus. Also, liked that the freezer had a little ice in there.
