Very attentive and accommodating host. Angie kindly agreed to let me drop off my luggage at 07:30 when I arrived from San Pedro and called a taxi on my departure. Spotlessly clean accommodation.

Angie is a very good host : joyfull, organized and there to help or suggest. The localisation is so well that you can safely walk around to go take a lunch. I highly recommand!

I had the pleasure of staying at City Garden 2 Apartment for 2 nights. I had been traveling for nearly 3 months in Central America and honestly, out of the many hostels and hotels I stayed in, this apartment was, by far, the best. I was warmly welcomed by the owner, Angie, and her genuine hospitality and friendly vibe made the place a joy to stay! One thing about Angie is that she really cares about her guests and she goes above and beyond to make their stays as comfortable as possible. For example, she took the time to explain about nearby places to visit, markets, shops and restaurants and great advice on other things to do in the local area. If there was anything I needed during my stay, I only had to drop Angie a line and she was there ready to help. The apartment is in a quiet residential area. The main thing about the apartment is that It was immaculately clean - in fact it was the cleanest place I had stayed in during my time travelling. The bedroom, living area, kitchen area and bathroom were all spotless. Nothing was out of place. The bedroom is very spacious and there was more than enough for a table and chair which I sometimes used to do admin. The bed itself is large and very comfortable. The main living area is also spacious and is fitted with some very luxurious sofas and there is cable tv which you can use. By far the way, both rooms have air con which was an added plus! The local supermarkets are literally a few minutes away by foot and there are lots of food options, restaurants and bars less than 10 minutes walk away by the seafront which was a lively setting. I highly recommend City Garden 2 Apartment, it is very competitively priced and I hope to stay there again soon! Angie - Thank you again for a very comfortable stay. I am sure our paths will cross again in the future!

“Beautiful little apartment”

Stayed for one night before and after Caye Caulker. The accommodation is very close to the supermarket, Angie was very accommodating and very attentive to my questions, and there’s a complimentary bottle of water in the fridge. The wifi is strong and there is a smart TV in the living room and bedroom, would thoroughly recommend if you’re intending to stay a night in Belize City before heading to the island or moving inland.

I really like this apartment, it’s close to some places of interest, taxi to downton cotst aproximatly 10 USD, but we went there on foot. The apartment is fully equipped with fridge, full kitchen, the bed is confortable and the communication with Angie was constant all the time. I’d def come back.

Loved it! Really can’t recommend this place enough for a stay in Belize City! Angie is so friendly and welcoming and has a list of all the best places to go. The apartment had everything you could need and is the cleanest place we’ve stayed on our travels! Feels very safe and homely!
