I had a nice and quiet room

Stayed a night before flying to San Pedro, the staff was really nice and the hotel was beautiful. Room was simple and comfortable and the breakfast buffet in the morning was delicious

Simply I can fully trust them. We forgot our backpack in the shuttle bus and moved to San Pedro Island. Hotel staffs were so kind to arrange sending it to San Pedro, and we received it including all valuable goods like mobile phone! Thanks to all involved staff and appreciate their integrity.

The front desk person who checked us in was quite unfriendly. We were surprised to see how differently he interacted with the guest checking in after us (We witnessed, after we came back to ask for change of room after he gave us a noisy room by pool), he was chatting and giving directions to her room (didnt bother giving us directions). Very difference from our check in..hmmm. The rest of the staff were phenomenal especially Kimberly (Waitress) and made up for the experience. However, since the front desk is the first point of contact, it really sets the tone for the entire stay. He could definitely work on being more consistently friendly and welcoming to all guests.

Lovely front desk staff, housekeepers and wait staff. Room was clean modern and upgraded from. The last time we stayed.

The best place to stay in Belize City, whatever the purpose of your stay might be. I liked the design, the atmosphere, the facilities, the gym, the pool and the location. Access is very easy from the airport and Western Highway. Staff is exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Very good choice when coming to Belize City. Staff are very friendly and the rooms are conformable. The restaurant is good and has a decent choice of food and drinks. I will certainly be back.

It was fine for one night. The pool and greenery was a lovely added touch so it didn’t have the normal city/airport hotel vibe. The music also helps you escape any main road traffic noise. The food was tasty and the drinks were lovely. Prices were reasonable
