“Centrally located comfortable fully equipped apartment”
The apartment is situated very close to the Old Town and waterfront and was fully equipped and even included a dongle for Wi-Fi access whilst out and about. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Buses and trams run every few minutes and the airport was a short drive (15 mins)

“Exceptional Apartment, best Host!”
Viktor's place is the best place we could imagine to stay for a visit to Belgrade. It is stylish furnished and the hospiality and effectiveness of Viktor are unlimited. From the arrival til the departure he was always available to advice and help if necessary. Viktor's enthusiasm and involvement in renting his beatiful appartment is admirable. Apartment have everything you need, it's very clean, speed WiFi, cosy, on great location and everything you want to see or visit in Belgrade is just few minutes walk. “Beautiful modern apartment in a great location, you won’t be disappointed!”
Viktor was a brilliant host, he was in communication before, during and after our stay for anything we needed whilst visiting the city. Very prompt and easy check in, the portable wifi hot spot was great so I had internet for the duration of my visit whilst exploring. The apartment is as in the pictures, very modern and clean, more than enough space for a group visit. Bathroom was lovely with a good shower space. Location was perfect, 15 mins walk to the fortress, 10 mins to waterfront and Kneza Mihaila. Don’t hesitate to book this apartment, you will not be disappointed! Hvala Viktor 😁

Awesome apartment in Belgrade city center. I was on business trip and Vivio 2 is simply perfect. Very fast Wi-Fi internet in the apartment and Wi-Fi to take out with you. Sparkling clean, very big and comfortable beds, full of amenities and Viktor is just perfect host. Top location. I have to emphasize this, which was most important thing for me is the apartment privicy, with all fantastic curtains and blinds on each window, makes this apartment perfectly quiet and private. “Definitely worth to stay at Vivio 2”
Amazing apartment in a great and central ocation. There were a lot of great places to visit, clubs, the fortress, taking a ride on the river, restaurants. Host was really helpful in showing and giving me local tips for Belgrade as well and he was just text away. He always responded almost instantly which is great. Apartment has everything we needed and is much impressive in person and even better than on the photos. Wi-Fi inside the apartment and Wi-Fi Hot-Spot spot for the outside was just outstanding. It was great stay. Highly recommended

“Pure gem, high standard”
I was blown away by Viktor's apartment. I knew right away with the numerous positive reviews from his other apartment, that his was going to be a good stay. It is impeccably clean, stylish and comfortable. Location is perfect, with Usce shopping center few minutes away on one side, and Knez Mihailova on the other. Also, lots of Restaurants and Kafana's nearby. My trip was short, but I definitely know this is my place for every next visit. Oh and free Wi-Fi Hot-Spot for takeaway and have internet access everywhere you go. Overall, just pure gem! Thank you Viktor

“Fantastic experience, can’t wait to be back in Belgrade and stay at Victor’s place”
This is my second time staying at Victor’s place, but first time in his new apartment!!! The apartment and the host are just amazing!! Booked it very late on the same day and he managed to have the apartment ready in a matter of minutes! He met me at the front street where he was waiting for me and he explained me the house rules and everything I needed to know!! He also had a portable Wi-Fi hotspot for the guests which was awesome! I am certainly staying again at Victor’s place, next time I will be in Belgrade!
