Nina was a great host. Her place was super clean and in a nice neighbourhood. Easy to transport and a bakery around the corner. The property itself has huge rooms and is very unique. Was a super comfortable stay.

I liked everything, the host Nina was amazing, available at any time. The room was spotless clean, bathroom as well. The area is very quiet and close to the bus stations so it is easy to navigate and reach to any part of the city.

It is a cute cosy hotel in a residential area of Belgrade. Transportation is easy, there are busses going to the city center just 2 mins away from the hotel. The staff is helpful.

The staff was amazing and went out of their way to help us to get a taxi for 4am departure to the airport. We are very thankful and really appreciate the effort and helpfulness. The hotel is small and cute, located in Zemun within walking distance to local attractions and to the nice promenade along Danube. The restaurant at the property has a nice atmosphere and a decent menu, also decently priced. I would definitely recommend to dine or breakfast in, if you don't want to walk to any other places in the older part of Zemun. The room was clean and spacious, and the shower worked well (it could use some sealing maintenance). The heating was a bit on and off, but you can supplement with the airconditioner setting set on warm.

The restourant is amazing, cant wait for it to open up properly :) You can eat and drink but there is no menu. All tho the waiter was very polite and he is well informed about everything. We didnt got to eat the food, but the coffee was amazing! We will return 100% and we will need to try the food!

House owner and staff are really good peoples. When we need, they tried to help us. Home's building style was good. There was nothing missing in the room. He responds quickly to our questions.

Very helpful friendly staff. Big room and bathroom. Everything is clean. Good location not far from the airport.

Everything was good. Maybe they need to renovate the bathrooms soon, but otherwise everything was perfect. Have in mind that the area is slightly further away from the centre of Belgrade, but it’s a very quiet area and well connected with public transport.

The room is spacious and comfortable. Everything is pretty clean. There are two air-conditioners with heating mode so it's warm even in autumn when you turn them on! Nina the receptionist is very nice and polite ☺️. The apart-hotel is well-located! There are shops, bakeries and bus stops nearby. We stayed for 2 nights in October 2023 and it was a great experience!)

“Unique hotel”

The facility was old but Nina was a great host. She called me to check if everything was okay and guided us on where to go in the city and what we should eat/do. I really liked the atmosphere of the hotel. I just think it could have been cleaner. Our room had a bathroom, bedroom, and storage area for our luggage. Overall the hotel needs a little restoration but it is very unique. I don't know about public transportation since we rented a car, it is very close to the city center, around 15 mins by car. The hotel also has a parking place in front of it, just inform her in advance.

Booked room should have had a balcony, but there wasnt one in my room
