Splendid design hotel perfectly located in the city center. Beautiful lobby/bar, superb room and bathroom (the shower is amazing). Very confortable bed. Excellent breakfast (food, staff and setting). Smoking in the lobby is permitted (like in all restaurants in the city). A detail : the hotel corridors to the rooms are very well designed.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. It is a fantastic city hotel in the center of Belgrade. We really liked the style — lots of wood with a touch of fifties–sixties design. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We also noticed that the hotel is in good condition. The maintenance works well. A wonderful and surprising highlight was the pool area. I also had an excellent massage — the masseur was Goran. We will definitely return to the hotel.

“The hotel management is not guest oriented and not ready to settle issues.”

We recently stayed at this hotel, expecting a luxury experience given it’s listed as a member of Leading Hotels of the World and the steep price tag of €700 per night. We rented two rooms – one for ourselves and one for our granddaughter – expecting a high level of comfort and quality. Unfortunately, the experience was far from five-star. To our shock, we found a bug right in the bed, under the bed sheet – we felt it ourselves. One issue is that early November is not a season for the bugs and another one is that the bug was discovered being under the bed sheet. Question arise about sense of cleanness not suitable for the hotel of the LHW system. When we reported this issue to management, their response was highly disappointing: they offered only a 50% discount on one night’s stay. It felt as though they were indifferent to both guest satisfaction and basic cleanliness standards. Additionally, the hotel claims the tap water is drinkable, yet it came out muddy – a troubling sign for a supposedly luxury hotel. We were also surprised to find no free bottled water provided in the room for the day, despite the high price. We are 60 and have been travelling over the world for about 30 years, staying in 4 or 5 star hotels and also in LHW, Four Seasons and One and Only and can admit that problems during accomodation happens everywhere. The most important from our point of view is not an issue, but the way the hotel management settles it. And what we can not accept and exuse is unwillingness provide customer satisfaction and arrogant frases sort of " that's all we have for you" ))). In conclusion, this hotel does not deserve its five-star rating or its place in the Leading Hotels of the World. I would strongly recommend that travelers looking for a true luxury experience consider other options.
