We would like to sincerely thank Maria for her hospitality. She welcomed us warmly, prepared treats and drinks for us, and showed us on the map where we could go. We have never experienced such wonderful treatment anywhere else. The apartment was very clean and tidy, with no unpleasant smells at all. Overall, we highly recommend these apartments — if you stay in Belgrade, this is the place to choose.

The location is great, the apartment is cozy and clean. Marija, the host was also very helpful, too bad we did not get to meet Goran as well.

Very clean apartment, had everything we needed. Ground floor but quiet. Located in the city center, near a big bus stop with buses going all over Beograd. Hostess Marija gave us a lot of information about the apartment and the city, and made registration documents right away. We had a great time, thanks!

Great hospitality! Very well equipped apartment . We felt just like home! Selection of coffee and tea, complementary chocolates, drinks and water. We even did a laundry. There was laundry detergent and clothes dryer, a fan, air conditioning. Different covers and paploma for every temperature. Marija and Misha are very thoughtful Everything was great and above!

Staying at Marija’s place was an amazing experience. She is the most kindness host we have ever met 😍 She has taken care of each small detail and there you will find not only what you need, but even sweet treats and other staff you have not dreamt of. Her cozy apartments filled our hearts and we felt more then pleasant during the evenings (especially with the lamps and the decor). And most important of all, we have never been to a cleaner apartment than this! We felt an amazing smell of a clean home at the moment she opened the door! I can keep on writing but I will summarize with an exceptional rate ⭐️

Home owner was welcoming me to Belgrade 😊 I feel I am very lucky to stay at Jumi Apartment since it was the best accomodation ever! I had such a great time in Belgrade thanks to Jumi apartment which was placed at the centre of Belgrade, making my transport too easy!

It was a very clean apartment and close to the center. Although the weather was very cold, the house was warm. We had everything we needed. And Marija is very friendly and helpful. The snacks and drinks she prepared for us were very pleasing. We are glad we stayed here. We look forward to coming back and staying here again soon. Thank you for everything Marija.

Veoma cisto, domacin se pobrinuo da nista ne nedostaje. Ususkan stan u samom centru, sve je blizu, a za dalje relacije stanica gradskog prevoza je vrlo blizu. Ukoliko birate zimski period, stan je jako topao. Nemam dilemu da cu svakog sledeceg puta opet rezervisati Jumi.

Marija is an exceptional host who went above and beyond to make our stay in Belgrade truly memorable. The apartment was exactly as pictured, but what truly impressed me was Marija's exceptional level of hospitality and availability throughout our stay. She graciously allowed us to extend our parking time and check in earlier than planned. The accommodation itself was well-equipped, with a stocked kitchen, cold drinks, and sweets. The bathroom even had amenities that are usually only found in hotels, like pads and cotton pads. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a centrally located, well-appointed apartment and the opportunity to meet such a kind and accommodating couple.
