Old and dirty. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly — there was hair in the shower and the toilet was dirty. We left and found another accommodation.

Friendliest staff and volunteers - thanks for made our stay so much better. The shared spaces are regularly cleaned unlike other places we’ve stayed which also made the stay more comfortable.

Unfortunately there is not much positive to say: only that the staff understood our situation and agreed to make a refund on spot.

Not bad, but don’t expect too much, as it’s really affordable one.

The best personnel I've ever experienced. People are friendly and helpful. Common spaces give you the opportunity to spend time alone or to meet new people. And the atmosphere there will make you feel comfortable.

Barking dog (on the hostel area) all nights and mornings, impossible to sleep. Disgusting room with spiderweb in the corners and lots of dust on the floor. Additional horrible moldy walls, just black. You can get sick by sleeping there. Slamming door downstairs, just install a slow-closing hinge. I understand it is HOSTEL, but still… hostels can be cleaned and wellcared!!!

“Good enough for the price”

Hosts were very friendly and responsive. We could pay in euros or dinar (but cash only). They gave us a better room with private bathroom for the same price since it was available and they made us a small discount from the price of beer since we didn't have enough cash on hand. They provided us with clean towels and the bathroom had soap/shower gel which was a pleasant surprise.

In a very short time this hostel really became home. The volunteers are amazing, the commonplace is super relaxed and the guests that stay here are mega open and sweet. + The hosteldog, Fritz, is the sweetest. The place is very unique and welcoming, with people from different places and willing to make new friends. The staff is very kind and solved all my doubts about the city. Fritz and Albert were definitely the best part of my stay.

I have to say, my experience at the hostel was very satisfying. There's a really chill vibe there. The staff is friendly and absolutely lovely. I'm so glad I chose to go there. Thanks to Matteo and the rest of the staff. There are many buses to downtown

There's a bus stop right in front of the hostel, so you won't have any problems with transportation. The seating area is nice, not bad at all, it's great that you can drink water from the fountains, and the bed wasn't bad either. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful, which really boosted the hostel's rating.
