The staff were absolutely wonderful — very patient, kind, and always willing to help. They truly made us feel welcome. The location was excellent as well, right in the city center and very convenient for exploring Belgrade.

The room and the view was beautiful, the bed was very comfortable, and the bathtub was a nice touch for relaxing. The smart TV was convenient, and the location was great for getting around. They cleaned our room every day and gave us a fresh towels. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

If you look for something, you'll always find something to complain about; the only thing for me was that the mixer tap in the bathroom wasn't working properly – hot, cold, and water pressure were a disaster.
