The location of the hotel was excellent. The rooms were very clean. The staff was attentive, friendly, and helpful. We stayed with our baby; they provided a crib free of charge, which made our stay very comfortable.

“Unbeatable location and wonderful staff”
Exceptional stay in the heart of Belgrade. The location is simply unbeatable. The hotel is located right on the main square, and honestly we don’t think there is a better place to stay in Belgrade. Almost all of the main tourist attractions are within a 3–5 minute walk, which made exploring the city extremely comfortable and convenient. There are also several markets and small shops right next to the hotel. Even when we bought small things during the day, we could easily return to the hotel and leave them in our room within just a couple of minutes. The staff were truly outstanding. They were warm, friendly, and very professional throughout our stay. What impressed us the most was that they carefully read the notes we had written in our reservation about three weeks before arrival and made sure that every single request was prepared in advance. For anyone visiting Belgrade, we genuinely believe this hotel is one of the best choices in the city. We would definitely stay here again.

“Excellent location and welcome reception”
We chose the hotel to hold a business conference. Excellent location in the very center, on the Republic Square. Some rooms have a view of the square, some of the narrow courtyards and roofs behind the hotel. But despite the central location on a busy street, the hotel itself is quiet, with good sound insulation. Comfortable meeting room, excellent service during the conference. Warm and prompt welcome from reception. Fast and adequate response of management to emerging requests and problems.
