Velika laž i neprofesionalizam – izbegavajte ovaj objekat! Ovaj apartman je velika laž od strane vlasnika. Na Booking-u je navedeno da su u cenu uključeni doručak, internet i TV, ali od toga nismo dobili apsolutno ništa. ​Kada sam vlasniku platio lično na ruke, obećao je da će mi dostaviti kupone za doručak, ali me je lagao – nikakav doručak nismo dobili. Internet i TV uopšte nisu funkcionisali. Kada sam mu poslao poruku da reklamiram problem, izgovarao se da interneta nema zbog protesta koji su se te večeri održavali u Beogradu. Međutim, neta i TV-a nije bilo tokom celog našeg boravka tamo. ​Zbog svega ovoga morao sam da se požalim direktno korisničkoj službi Booking-a, ali nažalost, ni oni nisu uspeli da stupe u kontakt sa vlasnikom. Sve što je navedeno da nude u ceni je jedna velika laž. Odnos vlasnika prema gostima je krajnje neprofesionalan. Toplo preporučujem da zaobiđete ovo mesto. ​ ​ A complete lie and total unprofessionalism – avoid this place! This apartment is a big lie created by the owner. The Booking listing promises breakfast, internet, and TV included in the price, but none of these were actually provided. ​When I paid the owner in person, cash in hand, he promised to bring me vouchers for the breakfast, but he lied – we never received any breakfast. Furthermore, the internet and TV did not work at all. When I messaged him to complain, he made an excuse that the internet was down because of the protests happening that night in Belgrade. However, we had no internet or TV for our entire stay. ​Because of all these issues, I had to contact Booking.com customer service to complain, but unfortunately, even they were unable to reach the owner. Everything they claim to offer in the price is a complete lie. The owner's attitude is extremely unprofessional. I highly recommend avoiding this property.

My stay at Belgrade Waterfront Apartments was excellent! The room was spacious, featuring a large bathroom, a generous main area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely balcony. Cleanliness was outstanding across the board. The room came with everything you could need—washing machine, kitchen utensils, and an iron. Additionally, there was a convenient underground parking area for motorcycles or cars.

The apartment is fantastic – clean, modern, and spacious, with a perfect location. The team managing the apartment was incredibly helpful with anything we needed. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Belgrade – no need to look for another place!

We enjoyed very much our stay in this apartment. It was new, clean, well equipped with facilities, situated next to the waterfront and at a convenient location surrounded by supermarkets and eateries. Bus stops were in front of the apartment. Miha and his team were super helpful. We arrived very early in the morning and called Miha from a cafe nearby. He came to help us keep our luggage before our check in. He showed us the apartment and facilities in it when we checked in. He offered very responsive (in the morning and evening), reliable and professional service during our stay. His service was excellent. We highly recommend this place to stay.

Loved the location, the place was clean and comfortable with fantastic internet speed. I'd recommend this place to anyone visiting Belgrade!

We are very satisfied! The personal is so kind and helpful, the rooms are cleand, warm and modern, the location is quite good, too. The only things that may be considered disadvantages by some is that (1) in the toilets of the two rooms we booked there wasn't trash can and (2) at many places in Belgrade, including some taxis, paying with card was not possible and in this hotel, too, but these were not a big deal for us. We enjoyed our stay!

I had the pleasure of staying at this apartment and I can honestly say it exceeded all my expectations. I am impressed with how well-maintained and clean the space was. The balcony also offered a great view. The location itself was ideal, within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. But most importantly, the host was incredibly helpful, providing all the necessary information and many helpful tips/recommendarions. The communication was seamless - he really went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. This place is truly a rare find with a host who clearly cares about providing a wonderful experience 🤗

We stayed in the BW Metropolitan building on the 16th floor. The apartment was everything we expected it to be: it was very clean and cozy, the apartment came equipped with a washing machine, ironing board and iron so we could iron our shirts and look sharp for going out to the Skadarlija street for dinner and music 😁 The host Filip was very helpful and always available. Recommendations!!

Sadly most of owners in our country just looking for money,but this was not a case.From warm welcoming ,escorting to apartment and everthing else Mr.Filip went above and beyond just to make sure that everthing will be as per our expectation.Once again thans a lot from entiree team.
