Building is brand new, apartment super clean. Very fast internet. Quiet area, small shop nearby and a couple of nice traditional restaurants in walking distance. Owner very responsive and helpful. You need a car to go to the city center, its ~15 mins. Very happy overall.

“Always a pleasure to stay here”
Everything is exceptionally clean and fresh, which is very important to us. Towels and fresh linen smell amazing, the space looks great and the complementary slippers are a great addition. In a calm and quiet neighborhood, parking space is always available and the host is super nice and welcoming. Highly recommended.

The accommodation is new and well-maintained. The host is very welcoming and helpful. He was easy to contact and tried his best to make our stay enjoyable. The room has comfy beds and good linen. There is a very nice local restaurant very near.

Very cozy apartment and kind host Aleksandar and receptionist Jelena. They really helped us out because our other reservation was cancelled by the owner while we were flying to Belgrade. It turned out to be a free apartment with 1 bedroom and a living room. The apartment is very comfortable, sunny, warm, clean. It is in their own building in Zemun, a very nice neighborhood. We had no problem taking the bus downtown. I 100% recommend this apartment to families with children and people who care about cleanliness.

Very nice, hospitable and helpful hosts. Alexandar arranged for us a transfer from the airport early in the morning. We were checked in also very early and without additional charge. The owner offered to make "beliy carton" (registration of foreigners). Large comfortable apartment with kitchen and all necessary things, dishes, cutlery, cookwares... Nice bathroom. Very comfortable beds, great pillows, blankets, white bed linen of excellent quality, soft fluffy towels, slippers... Calm, safe area and just 5 minutes walk to the Pervomayskaya street where you can find exchange offices, shops, kiosk (to buy bus card), a lot of cafes and bakeries. Many buses nearby the apartment and a railway station if you want to visit Novi Sad, for example. You can call or write (WhatsApp) to the host at any time.

Spacious, clean, quiet apartment. Comfortable bed. Host always available via messengers, responsive to questions and requests. White karton was kindly organized and brought to us at the hotel.
