“No no no privacy”

This appartment and another one from the same owner has a parking garage but you need to pay for it, but on the picture it's showing parking places included but its not, they say you can book directly with them, yeah but they charge more which out with exchange with dinar to euro he took more dinar then it's supposed to be, never book directly always with booking.com then you are sure of your price and be aware of your check out on the website it's till 12 no it isn't!!!! Its till 11.10 because the cleaning man came and I was shocked that he stood in front off me! No no no never ever coming back!

Very nice appartement in new building. Neighbourhood is also new, with a lot of caffes and shops. Also Delta City shopping mall is 2 mins away. Room is nice and clean, not loud at all. We enjoy. Marko is a great host and we collectet keys very easy. Also check out was easy. My and my wife really enjoy this stay in Belgrade.

Can’t thank enough Marko for quick response, I’ve sent request around 10pm, few minutes later he responded with very detailed instruction about place and parking place. Great host, easy to talk to, responds immediately. Safe parking place in garage. Nice, safe and quit neighborhood close to basically everything you need. Apartment it self is very well equipped and modern, clean and very pleasant place to stay.

Location, good bed It was okay for one night

Great host, great location. everything you need (supermarket, flower shop, doctor, caffe's, exchange office...) is just few seconds away. With little additional cost you get garage place with direct lift to apartment floor. Well equipped kitchen.

Marko the host was very nice. I couldn't find a parking space and he kindly offered me a space in the garage. It's a modern apartment in a great location. 2 minutes walk to a shopping centre. Lots of bars, restaurants nearby. Quiet.

Awesome new building which has great yard and all necessary infrastructure like small convenient stores, cafes and wonderful restaurant Osteria Mocatella. The apartment is clean and cozy. It has a washing machine, iron and all necessary cooking utensils. The owner was very nice and helpful.

Great location in modern district, shopping mall nearby. Fresh house. Good host, helped a lot with temporary residence registration (white card)

everything was perfect, the apartment was comfortable and clean, in a secure and recently built apartment block. it was easy to communicate with the host and check-in was effortless. I will most definitely come back.
