“We would gladly stay here again”
The location was very central, and many things were within walking distance. There were no taxis waiting outside, but you could call one via Uber or through the hotel reception. The staff were extremely friendly and spoke English—Julia in particular stood out as especially pleasant.

I liked how welcoming the staff was, I was able to check in past midnight because they have 24 hour reception. The breakfast was delicious every day, with some variety here and there. The beds were comfortable and the A/C was perfect. Location is close to Estação das Docas, which was a highlight

The hotel is near a boulevard which is good for safety reasons (small streets are to be avoided) and it is near the famous docks with lots of attractions. My room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was really delicious with a big variety of choices. You can store your luggage in the afternoon after checking out. Definitely will visit again:)

“Think twice before booking this Hotel. Not good value for money.”
Nothing to like in this hotel. A very old and dilapidated hotel with substandard facilities. Bathroom was appalling. No shampoo or conditioner provided, only two pieces of cheap soap. Cockroaches were crawling in the room, particularly at night. Bedsheets and a thin blanket of synthetic material, mattresses with no mattress protection, and full of stains. Breakfast was very poor. All in all, an incredibly expensive hotel that didn't offer guests much at all.

The smell in the room, and the bathroom fixtures were partially broken. Breakfast was not healthy, not much fruit and juices were too sweet and tasted chemical

I basically enjoyed everything there...the location is quite amazing....you'd be forster experienced the heart ❤️ of Belém center. What a wonderful and lovely thing to do in this hotel particularly, and a great city such as belem
