It was nice and quiet when we went. The staff was great, we got to check-in early and leave our bags there for almost a full day on our way out! The pool was really nice and so was the restaurant.

“A very pleasant place to stay for work and to relax.”
The hotel itself if rustic yet stylish and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and the hotel restaurant is very good. There are some great eateries and club options nearby but take an Uber or taxi to get there.

Wonderful location and lovely staff. Beautiful building - a few small touches missing to make it exceptional but I would definitely recommend staying here.

“Belém, unique place.”
The building is from the Portugese colonial time, The food ( breakfast, lunch and dinner) was varied and really tasty. Next to a great park with birds, reptiles, butterflies, and a restaurant. You can walk to the Harbour with the Ver-o-Peso market. Be prepared, the streets can be smelly and dirty, but people are nice.

“Comfortable, cheap and close to old city”
Good breakfast with a lot of fruits. The location is close to the river and parks, and relatively close to the old town and restaurants. Small restaurant with good quality food, a nice landscape and live music on Saturdays. Small SPA. Small swinging pool inside a nice garden. Cable TV with netflix. Good shower.
