We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff was amazing, really welcoming and helpful. I would like to mention specially Raza, Soner @ reception and Serving staff in the dining hall, they all were amazing and really friendly. Food provided was great, lot of different varieties to choose from. We will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone, specially if you are visiting with kids. We initially booked x2 separate rooms, but they were kind enough to move us in a family room upon our request.

A huge thank you to the hotel for reading, considering, and fulfilling all our requests. Check-in was professional and quick (respect to the reception staff Ruslan and Soner – polite and friendly.) Since my trip was for business, i were looking for a hotel that offered maximum comfort for a minimal price – and i were pleasantly surprised. For a relatively small budget, the hotel provides very good service. A big plus – it's right on the beach, has great entertainment (again – keep in mind it's a budget 4-star hotel). The atmosphere is very homely and cozy – everything is close by, it honestly feels like you're staying at a relative’s countryside house! Yes, the rooms are small and could use some renovation, but personally, that didn’t bother me. There's a bathroom, a bed, air conditioning, and a wardrobe – all good! Of course, don’t expect a huge variety of food and drinks, but what’s offered is enough to eat, drink, and even enjoy yourself a bit! The only suggestion would be for the chef to improve the quality of the meals – some dishes were simply inedible. There’s no need for three bowls of mixed salad that's going sour – better to add another hot dish instead. The juices could also be of better quality. But that’s just my opinion. There’s also a SPA – quite nice treatments at a reasonable price. I booked the hammam and three massages – and i really enjoyed them. Overall, i had a very pleasant experience at this hotel. If you keep in mind that it’s a budget-friendly place and don’t set your expectations too high – this is the place for you! I had a truly wonderful stay at Aleria Belport Beach hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the exceptional service and warm hospitality of the entire team. Although my arrival was delayed and I checked in just after midnight, well past the usual restaurant and bar closing hours, the staff had already anticipated my late arrival thanks to the app, and went out of their way to ensure I was welcomed with food and drinks. This thoughtful gesture truly set the tone for the rest of my stay. The hotel itself was impeccably clean throughout, the food was consistently delicious, and the activities offered were both fun and well-organized. Every member of the staff was friendly, helpful, and professional, always ready with a smile and eager to assist with anything I needed. Special thanks to Hotel Manager Mr. Hadi Çelik and his outstanding team. Their efficiency, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality turned my holiday into an unforgettable experience filled with wonderful memories. This is an excellent location for Russian speaking tourists as everyone speaks it. It is a very convenient location as there is a shop adjacent to the hotel and the Beach is a flight of stairs away from the bar/buffet. It's family friendly and does not entertain trouble makers. There is people of all ages staying and there is activities for everyone to try. The staff, especially the receptionists are extremely helpful in facilitating any request and query you might have. The animators are friendly and are easy to talk to. For the price I was amazed at what they had to offer. From food buffets open nearly all day to the bar being free to use.

The hotel was clean an comfortable the front of desk staff especially the gentleman during the daytime and kitchen and bar staff were great. Food was also great.
