Beautifully renovated apartment with everything a family needs - stylish, comfortable and cozy. The hosts were wonderful, treated us to delicious homemade pastries, and even had toys and a lovely ride-on car in the yard for kids to play with. Truly a perfect stay!

We had a wonderful time in this house! Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged down to the smallest detail. The atmosphere was very warm and homely — you feel not like a guest, but like a welcomed friend. The hosts greeted us with sincere kindness, helped with all our questions, and did everything to make us feel comfortable. The house fully matches the photos and is even better. Very nicely renovated apartment, clean, also good for more people (we were four but the apartment could have hosted probably 8 people). The host was very kind. We stayed only one night on our way to the coast, but it was a perfect break on the long trip. A little bit off road but still doable, not far from Karlovac.

We had a lovely stay at this accommodation. 3 big bedrooms and 1 big bathroom all nicely furnished. Perfect stop when on the way from Zagreb to visit Rastoke and Plitvice. The owner was really nice and got us bread and sweets. Place was very clean and warm and easy to check in. I would definitely stay again.

It's a lovely large 3 bed apartment on the 1st (top) floor of a house. Living/dinning room, bathroom and three bedrooms are all of great size and the whole property looks like it has been recently refurbished and to a high standard also. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is very nicely appointed, it's quiet and relaxed and there is ample private off-street parking outside. Very nice owner, good communication via WhatsApp, the apartment was sparkling clean and the entrance door keys were easy to retrieve from a little PIN-operated lock-box. We really enjoyed staying in this apartment (alas for one night only) and would happily return again. Highly recommended.

“One of the very best accommodations we’ve ever had.”

The host and his family were exceptionally nice and generous. We arrived by bicycle unaware that it was a holiday and all stores were closed. The host baked us pizza and took us sightseeing. He then provided breakfast even though it didn’t come with the stay. Absolutely wonderful people and the apartment itself was perfection.

“Perfect stopover on your way south”

We stayed at Kod ANE Apartment for 1 night on our way south. The Apartment is very big, modern and clean. The owner is very kind, the communication is over WhatsApp where you get the key combination for the self check in. The owner also left us some pastries for the breakfast. I can definitely recommend Kod ANE, we will stay there again next year. If you are staying in Duga Resa I can recommend the Pizzeria Riva. They have very good and cheap Jumbo Pizzas;)

The apartments are very spacious, cozy, clean and comfortable. Big beds, all necessary kitchen stuff, WiFi. Really nice owner, ready to help and communicate. I do recommend this place.
