In the centre of town. Clean and comfortable enough for a one night stay. Staff really helpful. Big language barrier but really resourceful with the Google Translate.

All was perfect!

Excellent reception and house keeping staff who made our stay MOST enjoyable. Very clean throughout. Located just off main street and Very Quiet even allowing for the fair and associated activities being in town. Rooms are modest, as expected, but very adequate and the air-conditioning worked an absolute treat even if the outside temperature >38°C. Did I say how well the staff did; VERY VERY WELL.

Large spacious room with balcony and very comfortable bed. The room had a mini-bar and jacuzzi, with a separate ensuite bathroom and was well equipped with towels and toiletries. The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the town centre and the bus station.

Nice, clean and well equipped rooms for a reasonable price. The breakfast was really good.

Very clean and well maintained hotel. I like the ambient lighting in the room. The bathroom looks good and modern. Furniture and facilities are new and not outdated. The staff is friendly. Breakfasts are good. There's free parking available at the hotel. WiFi and wired ethernet are both available without a fee. Overall much recommended and worth a revisit.

Breakfast was accommodated for my lactose intolerant restrictions. Location was supper convenient . Secure parking and view at mountain is breathtaking. Stuff is extremely friendly and helpful.

simple breakfast included, which starts already at 7am, friendly stuff. nice rooms for a fair price.

they did not speak perfect english but enough to communicate. the lady who was speaking english was little cold but they were kind. We could not get an early breakfast but instead they paid us back the cost for the breakfast. the beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very very clean. It way good value for money.

On our travels from Sofia to Zagreb we were looking for a comfortable stopover. The great reviews were totally warranted and we were warmly welcomed in spite of the last minute booking. Clean, comfortable, convenient parking in a small Serbian town which we would have missed had the reviews not been so positive. Breakfast was satisfying (with an option of Turkish coffee) and a friendly start to the day. Recommended for travelers coming through this part of Serbia!

Newly renovated in the centre of Bela Palanka, provides comfortable and clean rooms and nice environment. Staff is very kind and hospitable, breakfast is fresh and rich. There is a free parking behind the building, which is also very convenient.
