“Nice and big apartment”

Nice big apartment with everything you need in the kitchen. Nice balcony with a table and two chairs. Nice pool and surroundings. We’re greatful that we got apartment 4 hours earlier than checkin time, when we arrived. When we checkout we could use swimmingpool and showerroom a couple of hours. We really enjoyed our stay. We felt very welcome during our stay by the hosts.

Sylvia and her husband are the nicest, warmest and most welcoming people ever. They ensured that my stay was comfortable and even went out of their way to ensure that. The place was absolutely clean, very modern and spacious and almost felt like home away from home. The salt water pool is also very refreshing and a great addition. I would highly recommend staying at this property.

Everything was perfect! Lovely apartment (Zaboka), new and fresh decor. The pool area was a quiet oasis. Friendly host, easy to communicate with.

Very welcoming hosts. We loved how clean and stylish the place was, it is visible that the choice of furniture and materials was made with care. Everything was new and clean. Very comfortable bed. Very well equipped kitchen. Nice area around the pool and the pool itself was helpful to keep our son occupied from time to time when we were getting ready or just resting. To be noted that the place is located in residential area, the good thing is that it is quite green and nice, also quite a few tourist appartments around. But the bad is that some buildings around are not well maintained and you have a lot of dogs (I guess belonging to local residents, as I didn’t meet many dogs in the street), sometimes barking all together. But I understand dogs are a bit everywhere in Seychelles.

Everything was great! We loved how clean, beautiful decorated and friendly the staf was. Our 7 year old son loved the swimmingpool. It was possible to get a massage or to order food in if you want.

Attention to detail - for example having cutlery for kids in the kitchen, the childrens' access lock to the pool area, the mars-rover type 24 hour pool cleaner. The staff was very responsive and accommodating. Shout out to Sabrina, who did an excellent job of keeping the apartment thoroughly clean, but also gave us access to a spare room (as we had arrived earlier than check-in time) so we could rest and recover from our flight. All necessary items and amenities were in the spacious apartment including access to washing machine.

We liked the facilities and the location We enjoyed our stay so much. The location is great. There are shops nearby . We had everything we needed in the apartment. It is very spacious and very clean . Highly recommend for families with children. My son loved the swimming pool . Sylvia, the manager, is lovely .she was welcoming and very attentive.

Our second stay and we would love to come back any time! The apartment has everything you might need. Great equipped kitchen for cooking and a comfortable bed. The location is good,if you have your own car. Nice Pool and we really liked the new terrace. The host is friendly and helpful and the apartment was spotlessly clean.

We have really liked eereeverything, the room, pool, services, all what was provided by the house, we didn’t need anything, even beach bag was provided 🥹 and room is sooo cozy stylish and comfortable for 3 of us🤩

Lodoicea Apartments are perfect for a modern self-catered stay on Mahe. From the point we walked into the apartment, we felt at home. The apartments are generously sized, clean, and draw in plenty of natural light. It feels like a lot of love is poured into the place by the owners.

Our room was immaculately presented and very comfortable. It was also extremely spacious. The apartment had everything you need for self-catering and there was plenty of parking. The air conditioning was excellent - necessary in the Seychelles! The location is great for exploring nearby Beau Vallon and the island of Mahe in general. Our host, Silvia, was super friendly, easy to contact and provided an extremely useful information pack of the best things to do/restaurants etc.

Really kind and helpful owners, beautiful pool, clean and big apartment. We spent our honeymoon there and we are happy to choose Lodoicea Apartments.

Great apartment with a lot of space. Very modern and good equipment. They even provide a water filter so that you don't have to buy water. You have also beach towels and a beach bag and umbrellas. The host is incredibly friendly. Supermarket is 6 minutes walking distance.
