too crowded as there were seminar participants all around us. the food spread was sufficient and the mini bar shouldn't be at the coffee house. the tables arranged were too close to each other.

“Nice location in Bekasi!”
Bed is comfy. HK runner quite fast attending the request. Concierge always helped me with the WHcR for my mom. Room service sent lontong sayur for free for my mom since we coulndt go sown for breakfast. FOH staff in breakfast hall also friendly.
