“The room is comfortable and pleasant, but the hot shower could be hotter.”
I’ve known this place for many years because it’s close to my family. Even though it’s not as new as it was 25–26 years ago, it’s still one of the hotels I choose to stay at whenever I visit Indonesia. I just hope the hot shower will be better next time.

The location within area to RS Mitra Bekasi Barat and Met Mall. Easier for us to find food and all that. We always choose the hotel whenever we need to visit the hospital.

“Convenient Location”
The location is very convenient, attached to a mall, so getting anything is a breeze. The staff are attentive too whenever I need to interact with them. They give a card to leave in the room so the electricity does not turn off when you leave the room, which is useful.
