“Great value and good location”
Good location for us, just above the tunnel to the green way cycle Ruta del Plata. Access by remote keys worked well and real keys were in the flat!

“Good basic stay”
First level studio so no option to open windows, right on road. Bed felt very small. The oven pan was very dirty. Overall the space was clean, comfortable bed, hot shower. Would have been nice to have a little bit of coffee supplied. Nice to have additional blanket. Digital keys were very convenient.

“Bejar”
We had a nightmare trying to get in, I didn't realise it was virtual key entrance, but I phoned lady several times and she was very helpful, got checked in on the app all good lovely room ,plenty of heat, but mattress was very uncomfortable! Bedside lights didn't work, but we managed the one night

“BEJAR”
The apartment was clean and did have all you needed for a short stay. The bed was comfy Staff were available 24/7 ...albeit virtually. Bejar is 45 min drive to Salamanca....pls visit...it is A stunning city

This was extremely good value for our overnight stay. The room and bathroom were just what we needed. We were able to find street parking.

“Incompetence, careless, useless”
I booked twin beds room, they gave me a double bed I complained and they told me that was optional, I had to pay for a twin bed room, then the toilet's cistern broke down, and they didn't answer my emails, it was all a mess,terrible service , never again
