“Bizarre over-complex process to get access to our apartment”

We are two self-catering 70+ year olds driving around Portugal and Spain for a couple of months. All of the apartments are accessed via Travesa Cruz 5 and easily reached with google maps. There were parking spots on the surrounding streets and we found one easily. We were in apartment D1 on the 5th floor and we loved it! Booking.com doesn’t show the photos for different room options separately & some reviews have said they didn’t get what they wanted. We were really happy that we got the apartment we wanted. There’s lots of light, it’s comfortable with lots of space, a large table, great kitchen, reverse cycle aircon and a large terrace with mountain views accessible through glass doors from the kitchen and main area. There’s not that much to see & do in Bejar so after some exploring we took it as an opportunity to do some washing, cook meals and sit on the terrace admiring the view. We were able to really relax here.

The apartment was a good size, with a reasonable kitchen and a balcony for fresh air.

Cute attic studio, small but light, well decorated and comfortable just outside the old quarter with great views of the Sierra from the terrace. Little kitchen and dining area very useful. Powerful shower and air conditioning. Very reasonable price for such a quality let.

A perfect place to stay in this beautiful Renacestist city. You may walk, sky (some miles away from this apartment), enjoy good traditional Castillian dishes and breathe air from the mountains.

The terrace huge

The same as usual because I've been here several times and I'm still willing to book when it's needed.

This is one of my preferred places to spend some days hiking and walking around Bejar and Candelaruo. You get almost all you may need to spend a great time with your family.

THe address in the confirmation email from booking was not correct. The whole process to get the keys was difficult. It didn't work, we had to call the company to do it for us.
