“Everyone was great apart from the above reasons”

Location is really good, you’re a bit far from all the party scene which mess the area is quite but right around the corner you have a few great restaurants and bars! Also one person of the staff Rita, was super helpful and nice!

The location was excellent—everything was close by, and access in and out of the area was smooth with no traffic issues. In addition, the afternoon staff were outstanding; they were attentive, supportive, and genuinely tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Overall, interacting with this shift was a highlight of our stay.

I had a problem in the bathroom where both tabs did not work well water outflow was very week and did not have any program on the TV.

“A Jewel in the Heart of Beirut”

The place is a jewel in the heart of Beirut. I was impressed with the facilities and, more so, with the staff. They were courteous and accommodating. They consistently went out of their way to see that our needs were exceeded. I was so pleased with everything that I booked an extra family room for my extended family so they could stay in it for a couple of nights and avoid commuting to and from the hotel. When I return to Beirut, I will stay there. Again and again.

Highly recommended, good location to move around Beirut.excelent service and very welcoming staff at the reception both day and night. Our room on 8th floor was spacious and quiet,nice terrace and all features we needed. Excellent and stable Wi-Fi

The location was great, in the centre and close to everything (no more than 10 mins Uber ride to anything in the city). The room and hotel staff were awesome, the room was very clean and big, it was cleaned everyday and the hotel staff took care of every request we had. 10/10 would recommend.
