“Professional staff”
My parents stayed at this hotel for one night and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment they arrived, they felt very welcomed and well taken care of. The staff were kind, professional, and always ready to help, which made their stay very comfortable and stress-free. The room was clean, cozy, and well prepared, and everything they needed was provided.The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety and fresh options. Overall, it was a great experience for them, and I am very happy they chose this hotel. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, good service, and a pleasant stay.

“Disappointing”
I would like to bring to your attention that the room was not clean upon arrival, especially the bed. The bedsheet was dirty and had dark stains on it. The pillows were unclean and had hair on them, and the blanket unfortunately had oil stains. Due to these conditions, I was unable to sleep in the room. Despite having already paid, I had no choice but to leave, as the situation was unacceptable and very disappointing. This experience did not meet basic cleanliness standards, and I hope this matter will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

Prime location, nice and supportive staff, especially Mr Mohd Hammoud ,Miss Zahrae & Mr Hassan Shamas. They were extremely friendly and welcoming in their chosen words and ready to resolve any issues that may arise at the spot . “Not a One star property.”
Rating: ★☆☆☆☆ Very Poor Experience – Not Recommended The room was extremely disappointing. It was not clean, the bedsheets were in terrible condition, and there were no basic amenities provided. No shampoo, conditioner, or body lotion — not even a tea or coffee cup in the room. It felt like the hotel made no effort at all to ensure guest comfort. For the price, this was completely unacceptable. I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.
