“Suited for a night’s stay between planes”

Clean, spacious. Whilst a resort, it wasn’t in a mega resort.

Overall, everything about this place was breathtaking and lovely staff that made every effort to ensure that our stay was worth it all. Beautiful hotel, tasty foods and lovely beach and sunsets.

Perfect quiet location, staff were very friendly and the drinks were great. People mention issues about distance to santa maria... this hotel provides free buses and a taxi is cheap. It gives a perfect balance of getting tranquil settings but easy enough access to santa maria. The breakfast is also incredible and rooms were clean. Ultimately this hotel is cheap compared to if you stay in Santa Maria and I would say its completely worth it.

This review is complimentary of our stay because we booked a place that suited our needs. We knew it wasn’t a top end luxury hotel, we liked the space in the apartment, the restaurant was nice, the staff were friendly and helpful. The vibe around the pool was relaxed and friendly with other guests who valued the peace and quiet. It’s good to try to learn some simple Portuguese to get along with the staff and help with language barrier. We would return.

“Ok for night if desperate”

Room was reasonably priced for Sal, reception staff who checked us in and out were friendly and professional. We were only there for one night so did not experience everything and did not have the breakfast as had to leave early. There was some free water in the room and the air conditioning worked well.

Breakfast is very good and the restaurant has an amazing view. Free shuttle to Santa Maria.

All the staff was helpful. Food was reasonable and Hot, breakfast was really good value.

Location is outstanding.

“Poor”

The location of the room was right at the very back of murdeira village overlooking the main highway on Sal. The room also had no running water when we arrived, although there was bottled water provided in the fridge. Room itself would’ve been fine, but given the location, view and lack of running water we decided not to stay and book another accommodation. The staff were understanding though, and refunded our tourist tax.

Staff there are very nice and helpful. Our flight was late at night, we went out full day site seeing and left our bags in the reception, later in the evening, they gave us one room just for our shower, which I thought was very thoughtful and kind. Definitely recommend them.
