“Effective layover centrally located in historic Beijing”

I used this place as a day stay during my long layover between flights. Great location smack on the middle of historic Beijing, close to a subway stop (line 6), easy to book. Basic rooms but nice mattress, only low berths used for guests so no climbing, AC, curtains, magnetic card to enter room, well priced. Very nice people at reception, both in the morning and afternoon.

“Pleasant stay”

It is located in a prime location, ideal for solo traveller. The staffs are friendly and helpful, got the opportunity to have a nice chat with other travellers.

“Decent”

Location is really good. But if your height is over 130cm, you will probably hit your on the roof of one of the male rooms… for the price they charge, they should probably get better beds and the lockers were broken and it could easily get stolen. Bed was too hard and no natural lights in the rooms.

“Nice hostel in a touristic area”

Nice central hostel in a very touristic street. Close to the subway and many touristic areas. The staff is kind and helpful. There is a café/restaurant adjacent to the hostel.

Wonderfull location and facilities. The room was big, cozy and clean. Plenty of toiletries and water bottles ever day.

I stayed there twice, and each of my staying there was perfect 👌🏻

The pictures you see here are showing some of the bathroom and beds that are avaiable in the Hostel. My bathroom was nothing like that, it was kind of disgusting with mold everywhere. No soap at the sink, no paper towels or hand dryer. Shower space had the most mold. The beds were so hard I had to ask for another cover to put on mattress - then it was durable. But I know other rooms had better mattresses so it depends. The staff doesnt speak English, even simple words are hard for them to understand so you will need to use translator. One guy was nice, the second one not so much, every time I asked for something it felt like I was a nuisance. Common space is okay but nothing much. No kitchen space. Pluses are free drinking water (hot and cold) and the location - a lot of different food around and most actractions are pretty close. Metro station is really close too. Overall, it was okay but for me the price is too much for what you get.

I liked the location, the friendliness of the staff and the rooms. However the mattresses were very solid and the shower in the womens room wasnt the cleanest. But apart from that I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.
