“Wonderful stay with spacious rooms and amazing breakfast”
Pan Pacific Hotel was an excellent choice. Both the hotel itself and the service exceeded our expectations. The rooms were very spacious, large, and perfectly clean, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The breakfast buffet was outstanding — with a wide selection of both cold and hot dishes, so everyone could find something they enjoyed. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and very easy to communicate with. We also used the spa facilities — the massage was excellent, and the swimming pool was very enjoyable. Just keep in mind that a swimming cap is required for the pool. Another great advantage of the hotel is its location — very close to shopping centers and within walking distance of the Forbidden City. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed in a big room for my family. Every thing was perfect. Clean room and kindly staff. My son enjoyed the swimming pool and my parents enjoyed the breakfast a lot. Very closed to shopping malls and restaurants. As a five stars hotel it really Worth the money

“Very well taken care of and very comfortable!”
Everything was incredibly well taken care of from start to end. Views were great and the location was very central. The breakfast was generous in variety and quality. The design was classic and luxurious, and cleaning and front of house staff were very helpful.

“James bond movie”
Spacious hotel, feels like a James bond movie. Luxurious, welcoming and nice staff and quite convenient location. JASPER was of great help to us, suggested amazing restaurant for Peking duck meal, as well as other amenities we were searching for.

“A decent hotel with good standards. Although for the price, you can find just as good alternatives”
The rooms are well kept and clean. Professional and to a high standard. The bathroom held the same standard. Overall the bedroom was spacious and well kept. The location was in perfect walking spot for tourism however there are plentiful other hotels in similar vicinities for cheaper the price. The staff were mostly professional and did their jobs to a good standard.

The facilities in the room was nice the roof Resturant was very nice with many veg options. Staff spoke English and were very polite friendly and helpful. Neo the head concierge was the only English speaking person there and he is an asset to the hotel . Very helpful and friendly. Loved him .!

Great location, fantastic breakfast, spacious room and bathroom, they have spa and massages. Delicious restaurant in the hotel. All attractions are near by, shopping street is around the corner. They helped to organize tours. It was perfect!

Good location , near Beijing West Railway station and there are halal restaurants nearby like Ju Bao Yuan hotpot .

“Great base for a Beijing stay”
Breakfast buffet was varied and very good with plenty to choose from for Eastern and Western tastes. The Amber Lounge on the rooftop is enjoyable (even if the views are not over the Forbidden City) and great for smaller bites (we had pizza). We really enjoyed a visit to the pool which is a good size and which we had to ourselves for the better part of an hour. It was helpful that some reception staff had English language skills and helped us with booking transport to and from a restaurant to celebrate my husband’s birthday. On an even nicer note, they gifted us a lovely, cuddly toy Panda when we checked out. Would happily stay again.
