“Excelente”

I really liked the location of the hotel, since there is a subway station nearby. The room is very comfortable and spacious. Good breakfast, with varied options. The hotel staff is always very attentive and friendly. I must highlight the work of Wang Gen Kao, who left in my room small details that make the difference, making our stay very pleasant. I give him 5 stars and more if he could for his dedication and work. A great hotel, with excellent staff. We had an excellent stay. Thank you very much!

“Great service!”

The housekeeping team is very attentive and meticulous. They provided extra hangers noticing that we had many clothes. They also did a thorough job by washing the used cups ( which most housekeeping teams no longer do) and wiped the surfaces clean. Fab job! The concierge staff gave good clear instructions for eating places and helped to order food for us when the restaurants were closed.

Clean rooms. Very close to the subway. The concierge was the best. Special mention to Felxi who helped me book tickets and guide me to the places I can cover given that we had only 2.5 days in Beijing.

The location is excellent, the rooms were clean and of a good quality. Good value. The breakfast was very decent - a wide selection that changed slightly every day (perhaps an additional coffee station would have been useful).

Very friendly cleaning staff making our room everyday shining. We had a very large room with 2 seperate toilets.

“Wonderful”

A wonderful hotel with a beautiful park view. The location is excellent, right at the intersection of metro lines, with plenty of shopping malls nearby. We were allowed to check in at 6 AM. The breakfast was fantastic, with a huge variety of options for every taste, even for vegans and vegetarians. We also requested an iron and ironing board, and they were immediately delivered to our room. The rooms were cleaned very well every day. On the evening of my birthday, the hotel surprised me with a cake delivered to our room, even though we had never mentioned that it was my birthday. Overall, this is a hotel of a very high level of comfort and service, especially for this price. Highly recommended.

“Excellent value for money”

Very good location, near two subway stations. All the staff was very helpful and nice, despite their basic level of English. The breakfast buffet was very varied. The room was big, the bed was comfortable and the shower and sink drained water very well.

Large room, comfortable bed. Walking distance to shops/restaurants. House keeping staff were friendly and efficient.

Very big hotel, but perfect. Good breakfast. Recomend.

“Affordable luxury”

Unfortunately, I only stayed here for one night. At the end of a long trip, and after a cancelled flight, I decided to 'treat' myself to a bit of a more upmarket stay. And I'm very glad I did! Hotel room was luxurious and spotless. Room was huge, I had a high floor and everything was so comfortable. Even though I turned up well before check in (around 10:00) they had a room ready. You could tell that this was a large, quality hotel. Some things a tiny bit dated, but if you said that 10 years ago, this is where all the foreign dignitaries stayed, I'd believe it!
