Absolutely nothing to complain about. The Four Seasons is a superb hotel offering elegant luxury, extremely friendly staff in all areas and facilities worthy and equal to any first class worldwide hotel. Certainly worth a stay if visiting Beijing.

“Four Seasons Beijing was great and I would stay again.”
We had a fabulous time in Beijing and were really pleased with the Four Seasons Hotel. We stayed in a club level room on floor 26. The breakfast was really nice with fabulous cakes. The club lounge was fantastic and from 6-8pm they serve a good array of hot and cold food. After a long day, walking thousands of steps it was fabulous just to stay in the lounge and have our evening meal. ......also saved loads of money....and the selection of red wine was amazing. Our room was really nice, the lighting was a little dark. Nice of an evening but not so much in the day when you are trying to find things. Bathroom was a good size.

When I checked into the hotel, the front desk charged a large deposit to my credit card. It has now been a month, and the deposit has still not been refunded. I did not cause any damage to the room, and I settled all charges upon checkout. However, the deposit that was taken from my credit card has yet to be returned. I do not believe this is how an international high-end hotel should operate. If the deposit is not refunded within a week, I will file a complaint with the Consumer Association in China.
