“Beware bed bugs and mosquitos”
The location was great for day trips driving to Bruges, Antwerp, Ghent, Damme and Dunkirk. The decor was really nice and retro. My husband had organised a surprise for my birthay which we were very excited about.

“Nice place near the Flanders Cycle Route!”
Very close to the Flanders Cycle Route. We enjoyed our stay but didn't need their breakfast. Markets very close for finding food for dinner and breakfast. Very helpful. Manager was very helpful throughout our stay. Fan in the room meant we got a great night's sleep. Recommend highly.

“Expectations exceeded”
It was a stopover for us before a long drive to Northern Germany. We were late arriving but the proprietor kindly waited for us and also gave us an upgrade to a suite. Such a comfortable bed and so sorry to have to be on the road so early in the morning. Would've loved to have a bit more time to luxuriate in the lovely surroundings. The hotel oozes character and it was so quiet and peaceful there. Breakfast was lovely too.
