Everything. The staff the facilities the room the breakfast were superb, well above average.

Leak in room and fitness room. Breakfast was terrible and room was dirty. Table not set. Terrible service.

The room was excellent, and the meals were great with a very wide choice of local cuisine. Gym facilities were very good and the staff were superb. Customer relations manager did everything possible to make us welcome and comfortable.

Staff were very helpful during a difficult time. Flexible and accommodating.

First of all the service and staff are amazing. Friendly, personal, attentive and efficient. Location of hotel is good close to main station various shopping malls and not very far from the old city. We had breakfast at the hotel and while variety is impressive I found less attention to the flavour and quality. In short very good stay in Beer Sheba

“Basic, with no plenty of alternatives in the city.”

No control over air-conditioning - heating only. Slow elevators during weekends. The suite was very basic. There was no coffee machine in the suite, while the coffee machines in the dining room and lobby do not work during the weekends. Not enough parking slots for the hotel guests.

Very friendly staff especially the manageress Liorell

the staff was very good especially the woman in charge of customer relations. we recieved a refund that we didn't ask for because of rhe people in the room next to us. it was good to see the hotel taking responsibility even though it was for something that was basically out of their control. the 7 rating is because of the guests in the room next to us and not the hotel. if it wasn't for that our rating would have been 9 or 10.

We love the location which was close to the shopping center and have a public transport close by if needed. The breakfast had some great options, fresh barista coffee to your like and Omelet station for your egg requests. The hotel staff were very friendly and we got a warm welcoming and been spoiled us with a bottle of wine and chocolate on arrival. Great way to start a holiday :)
