“Best place in Beer Sheva.”

The staff was very nice and helpful. Excellent location. Easy to park on the street. Wonderful restaurants and coffees near by. We came back as we had a great stay before, and it was just as great the second time. Will be back!

I love this place. Very nice, friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful modern interior design. Beautiful and perfect pool for us and our baby, right outside our door. Big room with a lot of space even with the babybed. A lot of space for hanging out. Just an amazing experience.

“Do not arrive here”

When we arrived an hour before check in (which by the way I had requested ahead of time) we were met with a very rude attitude. The receptionist didn’t even think to say hello before the words “check in isn’t until 2pm” came out of her mouth. We also witnessed her unpleasantness in front of us, to another man infront of us. Not very professional. The size of the hotel is very, very small which doesn’t leave much privacy between guests. The pool is enough for maybe 2 guests, and there’s 15 rooms… The location is terrible, everything surrounding the hotel seemed to be closed. We had to order food in from afar just to survive our stay. The hotel stated they do not cater to hen parties, stag do’s or other events but one was held during our stay. Both nights we stayed here we couldn’t sleep due to loud music from other rooms, people shouting and singing, even going on throughout the night and still at 7am when we decided to just pack up and go. It seemed every other guest was young and alcohol fuelled. Definetely was not the relaxing, quiet and respectful kind of atmosphere I expected. The room was clean enough but the walls and skirting were filthy. There was no patio or desk like the ad says. Overall - I would not recommend.

“Nothing to write home about!”

We choose the hotel for the close location to the wedding venue.

Breakfast was not available as we arrived the day before Passover. The hotel staff all left as soon as we arrived only giving us basic information as to how to enter the property.

“Excellent hotel”

Hotel is modern, with so many details that make the stay comfortable and special. They upgraded our room to a junior apartment with private pool and I was delighted with the accommodation. The apartment has its own courtyard, which is surrounded by a high wall, and in the courtyard there is a private small pool surrounded by palms, garden furniture for sitting and deck chairs. The pool was heated and illuminated at night with color-changing lights. The room had a huge glass panoramic window, so it was the perfect setting for a view of the pool from the bed. The room was very spacious, clean and modern. There was also a couch in the room, a bathrobe, towels, a care set, a water heater, and free bottles of water were available. The air conditioner for heating the room (in February) worked well and warmed the room nicely. To enter the accommodation, I received a code for the front door and a safe in which the room key was kept. Self-check-in went smoothly. When we were leaving, we were served by a very friendly and hospitable receptionist. The hotel also has a small tea room with free coffee and tea. The boutique hotel is designed in such a way that it has an inner courtyard from where the doors lead to the rooms and apartments. The hotel is located in the center of the old part of Beer Sheva, the surroundings are pleasant, there were a few shops, cafes, and a park is nearby. Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant and one of best ever.

The staff was not very interested. Asking about coffee you are told in the kitchen, nobody shows you the kitchen. Biggest problem was, that the room was very cold. The lady at the reception had all the time the heater on, but the doors open on both sides of the room. What about the climate change? Window frames not build in properly, large gaps, for draught and noise.

A place to spend the night in Beer Sheeva. Coffee was good. Not very quite.

very nice location in heart of old city, sorrounded by cafes and restaurants. Good place to explore various Negev highlights. Nicely restaured old building with patios and stylish rooms.

Pretty entrance, comfortable bed, very good shower.
