Absolutely beautiful and so welcoming. Very comfortable room and facilities were great. Breakfast was very good and so nice to have it home cooked. Nothing was too much trouble.

A wonderful breakfast with variety and healthy choices. A host who was experienced in guest needs and a detailed knowledge of the local sites and history of the area. Location was excellent, close to historical sites and in walking distance to local cafes, pubs and restaurants. The added security of off street parking was a bonus.

Wonderful room in a historical house. The bed was super comfy and Elaine is a superb host. Breakfast was lovely. A short walk to the Main Street with the bonus of being positioned on a quiet tree lined street. A lovely overnight stop.

The Graces is a quaint period home within a 5 minute walk into the heart of town. Elaine is a wonderful host with a great source of knowledge of the history of Beechworth along with great recommendations of what to see and do. The bed was super comfy, the room has a mini fridge, electric blanket, en suite and a welcoming mini karaffe of port. Breakfast was cooked for us based on our preferences and we got to chat to the other guests.

Elaine’s place is absolutely gorgeous. It exceeded expectations and Elaine’s was such a gracious host. Our room was just beautiful. Breakfast as great. The garden was beautiful too . We loved that it was only a very short stroll into Beechworth. Ten out of ten.

Beautiful, elegant, historic, great location close to the central Beachworth Street, restaurants, tourist attractions. The host Elaine was very nice. The room was cosy sweet and elegant. Everything was spotless and in immaculate condition. Very much look forward to staying here again in the future.

Beautifully restored period home. Beautiful garden. Great location within easy walking distance of town centre. The room was warm, and the bed was very comfortable with a firm mattress and great pillows. Loved the extra touches like the usb charger, biscuits and port, and the yummy breakfast. Elaine was friendly, funny, and informative; she made us feel very welcome.
