“Heritage house with modern conveniences”
Beautiful old heritage home with suites added along a verandah and set in a stunning garden. The room was very comfortable and well-appointed. Heated bathroom floor was a bonus. The bed was very comfortable. We loved the whole experience of the property and the cosy room. Location was an easy walk into town.

Beautiful gardens that welcome you in Welcoming drinks in fridge. No check-in needed. The room was so clean and modern. Soft towels and fuzzy robes. Cozy seats outside to enjoy the garden Electric blanket for the cold nights Soaps and shampoo smelt and felt wonderful Great selection of coffee and teas in the room Heater worked amazing for those cold mornings Amazing shower head and continuous hot water. Walking distance to Main Street and gardens

Most comfortable king bed ever in a property I’ve stayed in. It was great to be able to have a full sized bath, beautiful gardens to sit outside our room with a wine. Very roomy and well designed

The accommodation was beautifully appointed and in a spectacular heritage property. The location was perfect - just a short walk to the main street of Beechworth. The rooms were a generous size and details, like the heated flooring in the bathroom, ample room for suitcases etc, and the comfortable bath were a lovely addition.

“Central location beautiful little town”
3 words …. Bathroom floor heating !!!! Soooo good. Lovely linens on bed. Tasteful decor loved the location walk to town. Will come again for sure. Totally autonomous entry with PIN code. Bikes for use. Great spot.

“Luxurious”
The accomodation wing was constructed such that it was period correct compared to the original building, the room was comfortable and spacious . The outlook was over a lovely landscaped garden. Location was an easy walk to the Main Street precinct

“A lovely quiet and calm setting with comfortable nicely appointed suites.”
The suite was clean and roomy with a fabulous ensuite bathroom and kitchenette. The king size bed was very comfortable, with small bedside tables and easily accessible power points with USB charging. The small dining table with two chairs was appreciated - as was the additional lounge chair. Both the air conditioning and overhead fan were brilliant for our summer visit. The decor was calm and complimentary to the beautiful old house. We also loved the private outdoor pool! The gardens were a delight, as were the outdoor chairs and table on the large veranda. Overall the setting was lovely with well a kept, formal garden. The room was quiet at night, comfortable and well appointed. We were able to walk to most of the places we wanted to go to. An enjoyable stay!
